We Energize Ideas and Motivate Founders

We help strong founders turn ideas into meaningful businesses. We are a newly established accelerator that focuses primarily on the potential of the founders, then on the idea. We work fast, directly, and with trust in founders whose ambition lets us pursue a shared goal.

About Us

S-Tech Ventures a.s. is built on a simple principle: when we meet a strong founder, we know how to jointly turn an idea into a functional business model and validate it on the market. We look for people with vision, ambition, and the desire to create something meaningful. Their commitment is crucial to us. We believe a good founder can weather a change of direction, adapt to the market, and when needed reassess their original idea.

Our experience and value for projects rest on commerce, marketing, and finance. We can identify a project’s strengths, find its customer, and help craft a strategy that makes sense. We cooperate with a strong industrial partner, giving us access to specialists and infrastructure for analysis, testing, and validation within a network of business contacts.

The core of our cooperation with founders is the S‑Tech acceleration program, which lasts approximately six months. During this period, we work intensively to prepare the project for new investment and market entry. Within the program, we help build a commercial strategy, fine‑tune marketing and the numbers, prepare a prototype and capacities for serial production, and validate the business model with the market.

Forms of Cooperation

Our philosophy: key responsibility and the company’s long‑term development remain in the hands of the founder and their team. Our goal is to support the creation and growth of the project, not to manage it executively over the long term.

In justified cases we may enter 100% ownership of a project always with the goal of later handing a majority stake back to the founding team and investors. Our role is to kick‑start, connect, add commercial experience, and create an environment in which the project can succeed on the market and continue to grow.

Typical form of cooperation

  • S‑Tech acceleration program
  • Establishing SPV structures for pilot phases of projects
  • Creating spin‑off companies, especially in connection with academia or the corporate sphere
  • Joint ventures with clearly defined roles
  • Licensing or technological partnerships
  • Equity investment with a preference for a minority stake

Ideas We Help Develop

S‑Tech Ventures was launched at the end of 2024 as a new accelerator with the aim of connecting projects that have real business potential. We are a fresh team with a clear vision and a practical approach we work quickly, purposefully, and with respect for every idea that makes sense.

Since launch we’ve supported a broad range of initiatives, from light mentoring and preparing investor materials, to setting up SPV structures or taking full execution during a company’s kick‑off, always according to what a given project needed and the founding team’s ambition. We commit only to ideas where we see market potential and founders with the will to truly build something.
