Future Forces Forum 2026: new website introduces three new formats

Most defence events in Europe are either exhibitions or policy conferences. Few combine both, with operators and procurement under one roof. Future Forces Forum 2026 in Prague belongs to that smaller group. We are its strategic partner for this year’s edition.

Future Forces Forum has operated for over twenty years as a platform connecting the defence industry, military and civilian users of security technology, and international partners. The 2026 edition expands the platform with new formats that respond to the evolution of Europe’s security environment. Together with the organisers, we have launched the new website for this year’s edition. It is the first visible milestone of our partnership.

Three formats are new in 2026:

Political Conference The headline addition this year. European leaders alongside Ukrainian politicians with direct experience of the ongoing war. Topics span European rearmament, defence industrial policy, and operational lessons from Ukraine. The aim is to connect political decision-making with operational realities on the ground and Europe’s industrial base.

S-Tech Ventures Pavilion A curated selection of European companies in unmanned systems and autonomous platforms. A space where startups, scaleups, and established industrial players meet operators, investors, and procurement. Exhibitors and the Pavilion programme will be announced in the coming weeks.

Matchmaking Pre-arranged meetings between suppliers and buyers, matched by what participants actually need and offer. Adds a concrete business layer to the exhibition and conference programme.

FFF 2026 takes place from 21 to 23 October 2026 at PVA EXPO Prague. The website will be updated with programme, speakers, and exhibitors progressively. We will share further milestones of the partnership in the weeks ahead.
